A look at current trends in youth volunteering, as well as some successes and challenges seen in recruiting and supporting youth. We will also touch on the importance of retention and what that means for recruiting new youth.

Cyril MacDonald and Tracy Burgess will be presenting. Tracy Burgess is a Coordinator of Volunteer Services based out of Hants Community Hospital. Cyril MacDonald, a Volunteer Resources Consultant covering the Eastern side of Cape Breton, based out of the CB Regional Hospital.
