Position Marketing Event Coordinator - SMNS: HRM

Description The main responsibilities include creating and executing event specific Marketing and Communications strategies and preparing external communications to the public on behalf of Shelter Movers Nova Scotia.

Maintain and measure success of digital campaigns using Google Analytics and data from social media.

Promote Shelter Movers Nova Scotia through different forms of media as a part of the Marketing Team

Have regular check-ins with Marketing Manager

Help Chapter Director or other spokespeople prepare for interviews and liaise with media to provide additional support
Training Details Shelter Movers volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, complete an interview process, sign a confidentiality agreement, obtain a police reference check, and attend a Trauma-Informed Care Orientation session. Marketing Coordinators will also get role-specific training.
