Position Volunteer Walk Ambassador - Melanoma Strides Walk

Impact Statement On Sunday, September 20th, Melanoma Network of Canada will be holding its ninth annual Strides for Melanoma in 18 cities across Canada. Your support will have a direct impact in the lives of melanoma patients, help increase the awareness and prevention of this deadly disease, and fund critical melanoma research.
Description Responsibilities include: Help coordinate signage and other items needed at the walk, registration activities, promoting Strides for Melanoma in your local community (posters, postcards, Twitter, Facebook, word-of-mouth, local papers). Help set-up and take down any MNC materials needed the day of the event Assist with general Walk duties (i.e. distribute t-shirts, help program run smoothly, etc.)
Training Details Will be working one-on-one with Walk Coordinator for orientation.
