Impact Statement | ElderDog Canada is dedicated to supporting the relationship between senior people and their canine companions. Every day, across the country, through small acts of kindness, ElderDog volunteers make a world of difference in the lives of older adults and their canine companions. Description |
ElderDog Canada has vacancies in some of our chapters or Pawds across the province and is ready to welcome new volunteer leaders. ElderDog is a 100% volunteer-run, national charity dedicated to ageing people and ageing dogs. Each Pawd includes a leadership team of program coordinators, volunteers in non-leadership roles, and a Pawd Leader who provides overall leadership and serves as a liaison with ElderDog National Office. Pawd Leaders receive mentoring and support, educational opportunities, and, most important, the gratification of working with others to make a difference in the lives of older adults and older dogs. Take time to learn more about ElderDog from www.elderdog.ca and, if interested in learning more about becoming a Pawd Leader, contact [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you! |
