Appointment Reminder/COVID Screening Callers Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all ambulatory patients coming into the health centre need to receive a call before their appointment. This call reminds them of their appointment information, lets them know about COVID-19 restrictions as well as provides us the opportunity to ask our COVID-19 pre-screening questions. •Training and Scripts are provided •Calls could be for pediatric or adult patients •Shifts are typically Monday through Friday 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm •This role takes place onsite at the IWK This is a great role for anyone who loves providing information to others, and isn’t afraid to talk on the phone ;o) Our volunteers who have been making these calls for the past year have found it very rewarding and valuable. |
