Description Appointment Reminder/COVID Screening Callers
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all ambulatory patients coming into the health centre need to receive a call before their appointment. This call reminds them of their appointment information, lets them know about COVID-19 restrictions as well as provides us the opportunity to ask our COVID-19 pre-screening questions.

•Training and Scripts are provided
•Calls could be for pediatric or adult patients
•Shifts are typically Monday through Friday 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm
•This role takes place onsite at the IWK

This is a great role for anyone who loves providing information to others, and isn’t afraid to talk on the phone ;o) Our volunteers who have been making these calls for the past year have found it very rewarding and valuable.
Training Details all training is provided including scripts to be used for calls.
