Volunteers are needed to assist with collections management, fundraising activities and guest services. |
Description |
Reporting to the Volunteer Coordinator and/or the Museum Director, the Special Events Volunteer may: • Sell event tickets • Assist Museum Staff with set up and tear down of special events • Handling small amounts of money as required • Greet guests • Assist with food setup and cleanup • Answer public inquiries • Refer complaints/issues to Museum Directors • Assist with other related tasks |

The volunteer should • Enjoy working with Public • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time • have a basic knowledge of Museum and it's fundraising goals • have the ability to work independently • Have the ability to work with Museum Staff and Volunteers |
