Reporting to the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors/COO, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator will coordinate, review, enhance, and implement volunteer equity programs and systems that support the CPHS’s recruitment and retention strategies of a diverse volunteer workforce. The DEI Coordinator will also provide consultation and education on DEI issues for the organization and build strategic relationships that directly support the CPHS’s goals and DEI initiatives.
