The Resource Opportunities Centre is a not-for-profit community development organization serving the Prospect Road and area. We are the volunteer board responsible for the operation of the Prospect Road Community Centre, and our mission is to promote and encourage recreational, educational, social, cultural and technological opportunities for the residents of the Prospect Communities.
