Established in 1986, SHAID is an independent, no kill shelter that provides temporary care and shelter to homeless, helpless animals in distress. We are proudly a no-kill shelter that focuses on rehoming healthy animals into loving homes. We promote the importance of spaying and neutering pets and we strive to educate the public on responsible pet ownership.
