The Coordinator will have an integral role in fund development for Shelter Movers NS. The main duties include donor relationship cultivation and management and event support.
Description
Reporting to the Fund Development Manager, the Events Coordinator(s) will be responsible for assisting with the chapter’s events portfolio. In addition to Shelter Movers Nova Scotia’s upcoming events, this includes supporting any third-party events that arise throughout the year. The Events & Partnership Coordinator may also be asked to provide on site event support, consisting of set up and tear down.
Training Details
Shelter Movers volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, complete an interview process, sign a confidentiality agreement, complete and pass a police reference check, and attend a Trauma-Informed Care Orientation session. This position will also receive additional role-specific training.

Remote work, candidates will need access to internet.
