Description Help newcomer elementary school childre with homework and other school subjects.
Volunteers:
• Arrive on time and be prepared to assist participants
• Work with the program leaders to assistance participants with their academic studies
• Review homework assignments and material with participants
• Assist and guide participants with homework
• Encourage participants in a fun and lighthearted manner
• Encourage participants to celebrate their accomplishments
• Offer constructive feedback
• Be a positive role model
• Classroom set up and clean up

Volunteer Orientation
Minimum Duration 3 months or less
Timing Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail Monday from 5 pm to 8 pm
