The role of a 4-H leader is very well described in the 4-H Canada New Volunteer Leader Guide
Training Details: May be required to attend a free orientation session at the Kentville Research station or complete a free online orientation package.
Working Conditions: Indoor, unsupervised, provide own project meeting location
Minimum Duration: More than 1 year
Timing: Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening, Anytime
Time Detail: Attend monthly club meetings from September to June about 90 minutes. Conduct training sessions with project members at your discretion. Other leaders meet with their project members approximately once a month for about 90 minutes.
