Description - Greet patients
- Knowledge and ability to perform a variety of music and songs
- Ability to play an instrument well and to sing as needed in the program
- Interest in and comfortable interacting with a variety of patients who have various medical conditions
- Clear loud voice
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to follow direction with minimal supervision
Training Details A General Hospital Orientation with Volunteer Services. A specific orientation and training will be provided by the Program Manager which will include an overview of the patient population, tour of the nursing unit and introductions to staff
Working Conditions active, engaging environment
Minimum Duration 4 - 6 months
Timing Weekday - Daytime, Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening
Time Detail Tuesday morning and evening shifts available usually between the hours of 10:30am-11:30pm or 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Some shifts have a flexible day and time
