| Description |
Requires strong attention to detail and food safely, as well as working under pressure to serve a meal to up to 30 clients. Our goal is to provide meals that bring nourishment, comfort and fullness to the guests. Responsibilities include, following menu and recipes, meal preparation, serving the meal, ensuring food is at proper temperature, organizing and taking inventory of food in pantry, taking an inventory the food of fridge and freezers and discarding out of date food in fridge and cupboard, cleaning up kitchen (dishes, sanitizing, putting away items), cleaning floors Please note: Direct client counselling, advocacy, and solitary confidentiality with clients are not permitted. We encourage a friendly rapport based on respect and dignity. |
