Red Bear Healing Home Society provides services for people experiencing poverty in NS. We are a registered non-profit building respect for all life in Nova Scotia since 2011.
Red Bear Connects Voice Mail is a lifeline for people who are experiencing poverty, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Providing free communication tools for receiving messages from potential landlords, employers, service providers, and other professionals, friends and family reduces the isolation of poverty and homelessness. Voice mail helps people connect with the community and assists people stabilize their lives while they are in transition – it is confidential, reliable and consistent. A 1-800 number allows for a totally free service. We also provide information, resources and referrals.
