Advisory Boards, Committees and Commissions:
HRM Boards and Committees are groups consisting of Councillors, Citizens and Industry representatives that provide advice and recommendations to Regional Council on certain matters. Each has specific Terms of Reference which guide the work that they do. There are many volunteer opportunities for members of the public to serve on HRM Boards and Committees. Applications are submitted to the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
